Terms & Conditions

Reservation

To book our tours, excursions and transfers you need to make a  prepayment at least 2 weeks before your arrival to Russia, as we have to book  in advance  tickets to the museums and also need to pre-book  guide & transport services. This is necessary to guarantee you these tours, transfers, entrance tickets and etc.

Payment is possible  by credit card or via a bank transfer.  The booking is to be considered complete and confirmed upon receiving the booking confirmation notice sent by Unilink Travel.

 

Payment

Payments may be carried out in one of the following methods:

1. Bank Transfer
2. Credit Card  Withdrawal.

Your manager will provided all the necessary information to complete the operation in the selected method.

 

Cancellation  Policy

The conditions of cancellation vary depending on the service purchased. You will receive detailed information on the cancellation terms during the booking process. In order to cancel a reservation, you have to send cancellation request to info@unilinktravel.net. If you need to cancel your reservation after having paid us for it, we will return you the money back to your bank card or to your bank account (depending on the way you have paid us for the cancelled services).

 

Refund

The following services are non-refundable: entry tickets and tickets to events, delivery service.

If the tour includes guiding service  only and no entry tickets,  this tour has no cancellation fees unless it is cancelled less  than 48 hours before the tour starts.

If  the tour cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour starts  or in case of no-show – 30% cancellation fee will be  applied.

If the free cancellation is possible, we will return you the total amount, that you have paid us.

If the payment was made online  by card we provide 100% refund in case of cancellation.
